You will get to know your 'saboteurs' (negative self), who continuously derail your good intentions, and build the neural pathways to your 'Sage' (positive self). Solidify your Leadership with insights & habits: PQ® + Leadership Circle

This program extension adds another layer to the PQ® bootcamp. If you realize that it's not just the difficulty of sticking to your plans that is hindering you, but you're also unclear about the direction you as a leader want or need to take, this might be for you. 


The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) is a strengths-based development framework that provides a detailed snapshot in time, enabling leaders to answer the question: “How are my behaviors and mindset enabling or constraining my intended leadership impact and our business performance?” It does this from the leaders' own perspective as well as their environment (360). Based on the outcome, the circle provides the leader a personal route towards Authentic Leadership Effectiveness for this particular leader, as that looks different for each individual. The Leadership Circle gives you the Why and the What of your leadership. What should I focus on and why? The PQ® exercises provide the answer as to 'How'. Working to make a small change each day, every day drives sustainable transformation.

Combining these two powerhouses will turbo-charge your development, lasting and long term.

Dates & Practicalities

The bootcamp will start on Saturday 2nd of March 2024. Our weekly, live group calls will be held each Tuesday from 13.00 - 14.00 CET, starting on the 5th of March. We will have a maximum of 6 participants in this cohort, to ensure enough individual attention. 

FAQ

Do I need to attend the full program?

In order to get the sustainable, lasting results that this program can generate, you do need to commit the time. This means, for 6 weeks: 1 hour per week to watch the content video. 1 hour per week to attend the live POD meeting held on Zoom. 15 mins per day spread out over the day to engage with the app-based exercises. 

What if I cannot attend 1 or more POD meetings?

The POD meetings will not be recorded for confidentiality reasons. As the program invites 'out of comfort zone' reactions, we encourage that by keeping the POD conversations private and safe. If you need to miss one POD meeting, this is not a problem as the concepts of that week are also explained in the weekly video and questions can be asked in the dedicated POD channel. If you know you will be missing more than one POD but are interested to join, send me an email (babette@theoryy.org) indicating your preferred timing, and I can see if another POD with different timings can be formed. 

I'm on holiday part of the bootcamp

This is not a problem, as long as you are committed to your practice whilst on holiday. You will get more benefits out of the program if you can practice in real-life, day-to-day interactions, so if you are on holiday for more than 2 weeks, consider joining a future batch. 

What is the language used in the program?

We will be using English due to the fact that the app and the app content are all in English, and we will have international participants in the POD. If you prefer a Dutch-speaking POD, send me an email (babette@theoryy.org) with 'Dutch POD' in the headline and I will reach out when we have more interest.

Do you have a money-back policy?

Our policy is to not return any money once the program has started, as we cannot enroll other clients in the POD at that moment anymore. If you need to cancel before the program commences, you will be offered a voucher to be used to participate in a later batch of the program.

Will I keep access to the content of the program?

You will have access to all the content of the 6-week bootcamp program in the app for the duration of one year. This means that you can continue your practice in the app, rewatch the content video's and participate in the POD community channel for that period. After the bootcamp, you can consider joining the 'Grow' program which provides you with new content, deep-dive practices and a variety of applications, live Q & A sessions etc for the duration of your membership.
