How we work with teams
The team session will always be guided by the facilitator, who has the main role of facilitating the group process through the content
We leverage a wide range of experiential exercises to get to authentic conversations
Main topics that often come up in building Trust-Based teams are: Psychological Safety, accountability, honest conversations, creative process, sourcing vision
We hold the belief that team members know how they should be communicating and collaborating, but that it is uncomfortable to take the first steps towards doing what is necessary if there is no right 'space' and 'script'. By space we mean a predefined moment during the workweek when everyone knows we will talk about non-content team matters. The time, the place and the attendees are clear. By script we mean that everyone knows the 'structure' of the conversation. Having both of those things in place will create the safety needed for everyone to address what needs to be addressed. In facilitating the team, we will be focussing on setting the right space and script, model how this works, support the team through the first few times, so that they can do this themselves afterwards
POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE®
If we work with teams for a longer period of time, we can support the ongoing development by making use of the POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE® operating system. The PQ Program® is a mental fitness program that enables performance, well-being and positive relationships. The six-week program empowers people to create sustained change toward a more positive mind by laying down neural pathways to form new habits through consistent daily practice. What the PQ Program® includes:
PQ® app - available on Apple and Android, as well as a desktop version
Focus - weekly hour-long videos and daily 15-minute app-guided exercises
Gym – includes guided sessions to practice and log PQreps®, a foundational practice for building your mental fitness
Community – the internal social network for the PQ Program®
Modules – lessons essential for understanding the concepts
Pod – support and accountability group, to meet once a week to discuss the week's training, guided by your facilitator
